What is worth sending
- A specification we have wrong. The most useful message we get. Include a link to the maker's published figure and it becomes a five-minute fix.
- A product we should be looking at. Especially one whose maker actually publishes its dimensions and materials, because those are the ones we can write about properly.
- A brewing question. If it is a good one and it is not answered anywhere on the site, it usually becomes a page.
What we cannot help with
We are not qualified to give health or medical advice, and we will not guess about whether a fermented drink is right for you or for anyone in your household. That is a conversation for someone with a relevant qualification. What we do and do not claim is set out on the about page.
We also cannot help with an order — we do not sell anything. If a purchase went wrong, the retailer you bought from is the one who can fix it.
